No. While Rogers Media acquired Score Media’s television business (The Score Television Network) in October 2012, the deal did not include Score Media’s digital business, which comprises of theScore.com, our mobile platforms and other related digital properties.
In October 2012 theScore's digital business was spun-out to become a new company and operates independently as theScore, Inc, trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. As part of that deal, Rogers Media acquired 11.8% of shares in theScore, Inc. These shares have since been sold by Rogers Media.
